Cancellation & Refund: Customers may cancel their subscription within 7 days of the initial subscription date for a full refund. To cancel, customers must email customer service with their subscription details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Product Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our iced tea, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We offer a replacement or a refund for any defective products or dissatisfaction with the product's quality, less shipping and handling.

Return Process: For returns, email us with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in sellable condition.
