Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund: Customers may cancel their subscription within 7 days of the initial subscription date for a full refund. To cancel, customers must email customer service with their subscription details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Product Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our iced tea, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We offer a replacement or a refund for any defective products or dissatisfaction with the product's quality, less shipping and handling.

Return Process: For returns, email us with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in sellable condition.

Terms of Service

Subscription Agreement: By subscribing to Tea Industries' healthy iced tea, customers agree to a 12-month subscription term, billed monthly or fortnightly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled due to financial changes, at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription period.

Product Descriptions: Tea Industries strives to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, variations may occur. If a product does not match the description, the sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Limitation of Liability: Tea Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our products, our site, or these terms (however arising, including negligence), except for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tea Industries operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Tea Industries reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Tea Industries website and subscription service following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.
