Are your drinks really sugar free?
Yes. There's no added sugar in any of our drinks. They're sweetened with a natural sweetener (stevia), so you get all the taste without the sugar.
Do they contain artificial sweeteners?
No. We don't use artificial sweeteners, artificial colours or anything your body doesn't need. Our iced teas are made with real green or black tea and natural fruit flavours.
Are they keto friendly?
Yes. With zero sugar, low carbohydrates and low calories, our drinks are a great fit for a keto or low-carb lifestyle.
Can people with diabetes drink them?
Our drinks have zero sugar and are low in carbohydrates, which is why many people managing their blood sugar enjoy them. If you have diabetes or another health condition, please check with your doctor or dietitian about what's right for you.
Are they vegan and gluten free?
Yes. Our bottled drinks are vegan, vegetarian and gluten free.
Do the iced teas contain caffeine?
Our iced teas are made with real green or black tea, so they contain a small amount of natural caffeine from the tea. Our aloe vera drinks are made without tea.
What flavours do you have?
Seven flavours in 500ml bottles: Green Tea with Peach, Green Tea with Lemon, Green Tea with Pear, Black Tea with Lemon, Black Tea with Raspberry, Aloe Vera Juice and Aloe Vera & Mango. Our iced tea also comes in cans (Raspberry, Lemon and Peach).
How should I store them?
Store unopened bottles in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. They're best served chilled. Once opened, keep refrigerated and enjoy soon after.

Why is everything sold out?
Our drinks have sold out nationally. We're working on the next batch now. Click Notify Me, choose your flavour and we'll email you as soon as it's back in stock.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually arrive 5–7 business days after ordering. Delivery to regional and remote areas can take a little longer.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Australia. Our iced tea cans are also available in the USA through Amazon US.
How are the drinks packed?
Our 500ml bottles are sold in cartons of 24 ($2.20 a bottle). Cans come in 12-packs.
Where else can I buy Tea Industries?
You'll find us at selected IGA and The Good Grocer stores, through The Distributors, and online on Amazon. In the USA, look for us at Walmart and on Amazon US.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If your order is unopened, you can return it within 3 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy & Terms for the details.

Do you supply school canteens?
Yes. Schools across Queensland stock our drinks and they sell fast. Every state has its own healthy canteen guidelines, so check yours for which drinks your canteen can offer and how often. Contact us and we'll help.
Can I buy wholesale for my café, gym or store?
Yes. We supply cafés, gyms, supermarkets and stores by the carton. Contact us with your business name and the flavours you're interested in.
